Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

14 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued with GIFT CARD only [while we wish we were as big as a Nordstrom, we aren't and appreciate you understanding].
Please note that we will not allow you to return an item once the 14 day period has passed.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- Items marked as SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Apothecary, perfume, and food items are non returnable
Items marked "Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Place pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at the listed shipping location.
WHEN WILL RETURN CREDIT GIFT CARD SENT TO ME?
Transit time back to the shop may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 3 days for your Gift Card to arrive.
