HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

14 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued when items are received.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
Please note that we will not allow you to return an item once the 14 day period has passed.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- Items marked as SALE are not eligible for return.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Apothecary, perfume, and food items are non returnable
Items marked "Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Place pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at the listed shipping location. Items damaged due to poor or insufficient packaging may not be eligible for refund.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN ARRIVE
Transit time back to the shop may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.
