Finished with Bitterman's fleur de sel woven through the chocolate and a sprinkle of Bitterman's Cypriot lemon flake salt for pops of crunchy, zesty flavor. Crafted bean-to-bar in Bend, Oregon, with notes of raspberry, lemon zest, and salted caramel.
